Load organizing and coaching by some of the members of the Golden Knights, and Morgan Case, Woody, Kim Allen, and Frederick. No coaching fee. Aircraft - CASA 212, Westwind Turbine, and piston Beech 18. No registration fee. Free beer all days. Pizza on Saturday, and maybe pool party. The pool is not clean yet, but maybeee? Chambersburg Skydiving Center in Pennsylvania is hosting a Memorial Boogie, May 26 - 29. A SkyVan and a King Air will be flying. Saturday morning the women plan to set a new Pennsylvania state women's record. King Air and SkyVan formation loads. Their creeper pad is large enough to dirt dive a thousand way. Lyle Presse will be organizing low stress cool skydives and tracking dives.
They have plans for hula-hoop jumps, raft jumps and maybe even a lingerie jump. Bring your sexiest undies. Brenda Frazier-Green, the packing machine, will be there along with Steve, Jamie and Shawn. Night jumps are planned for those of us who can remain sober long enough. Saturday Kevin Tants will unveil his latest video production. Lot's of firewood for the bonfire every night, not to mention all that free beer and good vibes at the "Swoop Inn". Birdman suit seminars and rentals throughout the weekend. Load organizers, camping, RV slots, bunk house, bath house, packers. There will be no registration fee! |
Skydive the Point in Westpoint, Virginia, is having the annual Memorial Day Boogie, May 26-29. CASA, load organizers Chris Wagner and Carol Clay, beer every night is included in the registration, or they may have a Dacquiri machine! Great skydives, raft dives, big tubes, all the tailgate fun you can stand. Great parties at night and $16 skydives. They will have a drawing to see who gets the entire week end of jumping for free! You get 1 entry per jump you make, so the more you jump, the better your chance of winning the draw. They did this at Halloween and the winner made 19 skydives and paid nothing! What a lucky putz! Jumping will start Friday around 12:00 a.m. Register and check for the latest info at their web site. |
There will be a CASA Boogie at Skydive Daytona Beach in Florida on Memorial weekend from Saturday May 27th through Monday May 29th. There will be a live Reggae band on the deck on Saturday with kegs of beer. Mark your calendars and join them for a long weekend of good vibes and great skydives at Skydive Daytona Beach. |
Skydive San Marcos in Texas will be having a Memorial Day Hootfest with 10-way Speed Star event and Scrambles, May 27-29. Jumps will be $16.00 all weekend with no registration fee. The Brad Slager Memorial Cypress Fund will be giving its third Cypress away on Saturday night Along with this theu have secured a Bell 206 helicopter and two balloons. They are also planning high altitude (22,000ft) jumps out of Texas fastest Super Otter. San Marcos is located on the edge of Texas Hill Country, 40 minutes from Austin 6th Street, 45 from San Antonio River Walk and 25 minuets from fabulous New Braunfuls. Three Minuets from beautiful San Marcos River and camp ground. Free Beer and BBQ on Saturday night as usual. |
