Here we want to present some of the most interesting, provocative, colorful sites as our "Pearls on the Net". If you have created a unique, funny, informative page, or if you know of such a web page, please send us the URL so we can feature it here! |
Aerialstuntman.com
Carl Anthony Nespoli, aerial stuntman and stunt coordinator, mixes his website with a bit of nostalgia (his "Dedications" page) as well as some super photos of his work. Be forewarned, however, the "Photos" section is very long-loading if you're using a dial-up connection and the photos are extremely large. In his career as an aerial stuntman, Carl has had the opportunity to work with some of the 'greats' in the cameraflying business, among them, Joe Jennings. |

About Joe, he writes, "Being (Joe's) subject in freefall can be compared to an actor who gets the chance to work with Steven Spielberg or Francis Ford Coppala. (Joe) is truly a legend in Aerial freefall cinematography. and for me, it is truly a dream come true." While you're visiting Carl's website, be sure to check out the video clip of a 60-second commercial for EDS Corp. in which Carl was one of the aerial stuntmen. And while you're at Carl's site, if you're so inclined, you can choose to send him an instant pager message, as well as view the resume of this very talented skydiving stuntman. |
DirtDive UK Online since late October, the new British skydiving portal website Dirtdive.co.uk, is a polished new skydiving presence on the Internet. This site is focused on skydiving in Britain and features links to British skydiving news and events. Here you'll also find a discussion forum, classified ads for the British skydiver as well as an online shop, photos, links, etc. A visit to DirtDive.co.uk should be interesting to any British skydiver, but also interesting to skydivers who are not from Britain, but just want to take a pixel skip over the "pond"! |

Skydiver Decals For that great holiday gift for the hard-to-buy-for skydiver! How about some skydiver decals to proclaim your sport to the world! After 7 years of thinking about how little there is in the way of skydiver decals, those long-time jumpers that love the sport to the point that they HAD to do something to help promote it. For the first time ever, you can own some really cool skydiver decals for your car, truck, van, helmet, cooler or airplane! They will be adding new graphics as time goes on, and invite anyone to submit art work. If they like it, they'll talk money! But don’t plan on getting rich since they stated: "We're just a couple of clowns who are in debt now for $10,000 for the equipment to make skydiving decals! We gotta be nuts! Anyway, hope you'll support us and the sport." And, yes, they have BASE decals and have just added a couple of CASA decals with more to come soon! Check out their new website! |
